TensCare Fleur Toning balls
Fleur Toning balls, once inserted, rest on the pelvic floor muscles stimulating them to spontaneously contract, giving you an inner workout. This creates biofeedback that increases your awareness of where your pelvic floor muscles are and how to contract them. This is how your body learns to do a Kegel properly.
Fleur is formed of two balls connected by a cord, you will have to introduce the spheres one after the other without forcing.
The toning balls can be worn every day, with sessions ranging from 10 to 30 minutes if you use them by doing Kegel exercises. If you use them passively, you can wear them longer while doing your daily activities. Please note that if the wearing of the toning balls becomes uncomfortable or painful, you will need to stop use immediately.
Doing your Kegel exercises with the balls in place helps you to learn how to contract the muscles, and the effort of holding them in place builds endurance as well as strength. Simply moving around, getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, or coughing – with the balls in place teaches you when you need to contract your pelvic floor muscles.
The exercises generate a rush of blood towards the pelvic floor area, which allows a better vascularisation of these muscles. This helps maintain your urine flow, decreasing your chances of incontinence. Strong pelvic floor muscles can greatly improve your sexual arousal, your sexual response, the level of sensation you feel during intercourse, and your ability to reach an orgasm.
Be aware that using the toning balls for too long (hours rather than tens of minutes) can produce the opposite of the desired effect, which is a depletion of the pelvic floor muscles, or even hypertonia.
